These terms apply to purchases of fire safety equipment through rapidtestandtag.com.au/shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
About our products
We supply fire safety equipment including fire extinguishers, fire blankets, signage, and related items. Where an item is a fire extinguisher, we commission and tag it into service before dispatch: it's inspected, pressure-checked, and tagged with a service date so it's compliant and ready to rely on from the day it arrives. On-site commissioning is available by request.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or an obvious pricing error has occurred — in which case we'll refund any payment in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We accept the card types shown at checkout.
Delivery and pickup
We currently deliver within New South Wales only. Delivery is a flat $50, free for orders of $500 or more, and typically arrives within 1–2 business days. Free pickup is available from our Denistone location, usually ready within 2 hours of your order. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Commissioning and service dates
Where we commission and tag an extinguisher into service, the service date reflects the month the unit is placed into service on your behalf. You remain responsible for ongoing maintenance and periodic servicing as required by the relevant Australian Standards after the initial service period. We can arrange scheduled servicing — contact us.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how we handle faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
